CrococryptFile can be used to encrypt files and folders. Thanks to its straightforward functionality, you can protect large amounts of data in no time, without any effort. The application supports various encryption protocols and it lets you use them without having to spend any time figuring out how everything words.

The application is absolutely free and you can have it up and running in just a few seconds. It works on all modern Windows versions and it doesn't require too many resources. Also, you don't have to install any special tools or services.

When launched, the application will ask you to select a file or folder, on a standard Open dialog, so it can encrypt it. Alternatively, you can just click and drag the data you want encrypted over the application's executable or a shortcut to it. This will immediately bring up CrococryptFile's compact user interface, on which you only need to select an encryption protocol and click a button. The software supports various protocols, including AES, Twofish, Serpent and Camellia.

Once you choose an encryption algorithm, click the button and specify a password, the application will start encrypting right away. Encrypted data is stored as a single protected file. Running this file will bring up the application's interface again, only this time to ask you for the password, to decrypt the data.

Encrypting any amount of data can be done as quickly and easily as possible with CrococryptFile.

Pros

CrococryptFile supports a large number of encryption protocols. You only need to select a protocol and click a button to encrypt data. The application is lightweight, it works fast and it doesn't use too many resources.

Cons

There are no obvious drawbacks to mention.
